AGRITECHNICA provided an excellent opportunity for Argentine companies to showcase their cutting-edge agricultural technology and innovations. The event attracted professionals and decision-makers from around the world, offering a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring potential collaborations and partnerships.

This exhibition is part of Argentina's long-term strategy to strengthen its position in the global agricultural machinery industry and expand its exports. The Argentine delegation aims to highlight its commitment to sustainable agricultural practices and productivity.

In a world where the concept of 'Green Productivity' is becoming crucial, Argentina excels in its approach to increasing agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental impact.

Within the AGRINOVA brand, Argentine manufacturers of agricultural machinery actively promote the export of agricultural technology with a focus on sustainable agriculture. The approach not only addresses but also commits to the reduction of emissions, the fight against deforestation, and the conservation of biodiversity. This commitment translates into a tangible positive impact on the global agricultural industry.

The heart of agro-industrial production lies in the central regions of Argentina, specifically in the provinces of Córdoba, Santa Fe, and Buenos Aires. These provinces are significant centers for agricultural machinery production, housing approximately 1,200 companies and over 200 modern factories. This translates into employment for approximately 24,000 highly skilled professionals.

No-Till Farming and Conservation Agriculture

Argentina has gained international recognition as a pioneer in no-till farming, a key focus of conservation agriculture that allows for disturbance-free soil planting and ensures continuous crop residue cover. More than 80% of arable land in Argentina adopts this advanced system, resulting in significant improvements in agricultural production.

In addition to no-till farming, Argentina implements a comprehensive strategy that includes advanced waste management, well-planned crop rotation, integrated weed and pest control, and efficient soil fertility practices. The integration of livestock further contributes to sustainability in agriculture.

At the same time, the Argentine agricultural machinery industry has significantly contributed to the country's agricultural growth. Argentina is recognized as a global leader in the production and export of soy, corn, and wheat and can provide food for approximately 400 million people. This achievement results from continually adapting machinery to the changing needs of agricultural producers amid ongoing technological advances in agricultural production.

In the realm of digital agriculture, Argentina asserts itself as a regional leader, relying on an impressive array of technologies, including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), remote sensors, online platforms, blockchain, and collaborative robotics. This innovative approach significantly contributes to strengthening agriculture.

Currently, more than 50 Argentine companies export globally. Thanks to their extensive experience in exports and collaborations with research institutes like the National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) and the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI), the Argentine industry has the ability to adapt its machinery to different crop needs, agricultural techniques, and regulations.

We invite farmers and traders to explore the catalog of the Argentine agricultural machinery industry, known for promoting 'Green Productivity'.
